Lisa’s PILATES classes are designed to help you become more aware of how you
stand, sit and move. Then show you how to change what you no longer find useful, for example incorrect posture. This change
may include developing a stronger more flexible back or giving you more control over
your balance.

Great way to start the day, loosen up, improve core strength and posture. Always feel good after class and it's helped various aches and pains in back and joints. All while having fun!
